Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship across Australia via Australia Post. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express Post is available at checkout for faster delivery.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations via Australia Post International. Delivery times vary by country (typically 10–21 business days). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@bendybubbles.com.au and we'll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.
